1.1 By creating an account on 26superph, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

1.2 These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 26superph, including but not limited to: live dealer casino games, slot machines, bingo, sports betting, virtual games, promotional offers, and all other features accessible through your 26superph account.

1.3 These Terms must be read in conjunction with 26superph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

2.1 Minimum Age. In compliance with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations governing online gaming operations in the Philippines, access to 26superph is strictly restricted to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited on this platform.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction. Players must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. It is the sole responsibility of each player to verify that using 26superph's services is permitted under the applicable laws of their jurisdiction. 26superph does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

2.3 KYC Verification. 26superph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. You must provide accurate, truthful, and current identification documentation when requested, including but not limited to: a Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, or UMID), proof of address, and a selfie confirming identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are prohibited from registering or maintaining a 26superph account:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of 26superph or its parent, subsidiary, or associated companies
• Persons currently under a self-exclusion agreement with 26superph or any PAGCOR-regulated operator
• Persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law

3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 26superph platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination, voiding of all balances and bonuses, and potential reporting to PAGCOR.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other required fields. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any third party. 26superph will never request your password via any communication channel. You must notify 26superph immediately upon suspecting unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Responsibility. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. 26superph is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.5 Philippine Mobile Number. A valid Philippine mobile number is required for account registration and for the delivery of OTP authentication codes. Your registered number must remain active and under your exclusive control.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 26superph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, CLiQQ (7-Eleven), and USDT. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the deposit page within your account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit at 26superph is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). There is no maximum deposit limit, although large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements under PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered 26superph account. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals above the unverified threshold are processed. 26superph reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. 26superph aims to process all withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified above. However, processing times are not guaranteed and may be extended during periods of high volume, pending KYC review, or in connection with fraud investigations.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 26superph complies with all applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and cooperates fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and PAGCOR. Suspicious transactions will be reported as required by law. 26superph reserves the right to withhold funds pending AML investigation without prior notice.

4.6 Currency. All transactions at 26superph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. USDT transactions are converted to Philippine Peso at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers at 26superph are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of offer. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time frame will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 One Bonus Per Account. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per account, household, IP address, or payment method. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in account termination.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. 26superph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, matched betting using bonus funds, and coordinated abuse across multiple accounts. Any detected bonus abuse will result in voiding of the bonus, reversal of derived winnings, and potential account suspension.

5.5 Withdrawal Before Wagering. Players may withdraw real-money deposits at any time. However, any active bonus attached to the account will be forfeited upon withdrawal request if wagering requirements have not been met.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on 26superph operates according to individual game rules accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing wagers. 26superph is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of applicable game rules.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live casino games at 26superph operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure statistically random and unpredictable outcomes that cannot be influenced by 26superph or any player. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are certified and available within game information panels.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games use real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) managed by trained professional dealers in licensed studios. All live games are conducted in accordance with the applicable game rules and are recorded for security and dispute resolution purposes.

6.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game, 26superph reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all 26superph games. This is consistent with PAGCOR technical standards.

6.5 Dispute Resolution. Any game-related dispute must be submitted to 26superph's customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. 26superph will investigate all disputes using available game logs, transaction records, and studio recordings. The outcome of 26superph's investigation is final subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution authority.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 26superph platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC
• Using the platform while subject to self-exclusion at 26superph or at any PAGCOR-regulated operator
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with 26superph games or the platform
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or glitches for financial gain
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks, disputed transactions, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Money laundering or using 26superph for any activity in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 26superph staff or other players
• Attempting to circumvent 26superph's security systems, KYC processes, or responsible gaming controls

7.2 26superph employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Upon detection of any prohibited activity, 26superph may immediately suspend or terminate the affected account(s), void all associated balances and winnings, and refer the matter to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

8.1 By 26superph. 26superph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, failure to pass KYC verification, AML concerns, or PAGCOR directives. Upon account closure for cause, any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

8.2 By the Player. You may close your 26superph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonuses) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

8.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, your right to access and use 26superph's services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law) shall remain in full force and effect.

8.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who voluntarily self-exclude are permanently barred from creating new accounts for the duration of their self-exclusion period. 26superph maintains a self-exclusion register and employs screening procedures to prevent excluded players from re-registering. 9.1 Commitment. 26superph is committed to promoting responsible gambling in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and the standards of the responsible gaming industry. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. 26superph does not encourage any player to gamble beyond their means or to treat gambling as a source of income.

9.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. All 26superph account holders have access to the following responsible gaming controls, configurable directly within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Session or period-based limits on the total amount you can lose before gameplay is suspended.
• Session Time Limits: Reminders and mandatory session breaks after specified durations of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the nominated period.

9.3 Age Verification. 26superph enforces a strict 21-year minimum age requirement consistent with PAGCOR regulations. KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawals above the applicable threshold and may be requested at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately terminated and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

10.1 All content available on the 26superph platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, text, game content, audiovisual materials, and the 26superph brand name and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 26superph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 26superph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 26superph content without prior written authorization.

10.3 Any unauthorized use of 26superph's intellectual property may give rise to legal proceedings for injunctive relief, damages, and any other available remedy.

11.1 Platform Availability. While 26superph endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network interruptions, and third-party service provider failures may affect availability. 26superph is not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability.

11.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 26superph's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player to their 26superph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11.3 Exclusions. 26superph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if 26superph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that online gambling carries financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. 26superph does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or profit from gaming activities. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the 26superph platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 PAGCOR Oversight. 26superph operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR has supervisory jurisdiction over disputes between 26superph and its players arising from regulated gaming activities. Players may submit gaming-related complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.

12.3 Dispute Resolution Process. Before escalating any dispute to PAGCOR or a court, you agree to first submit a formal complaint to 26superph's customer support team and allow 26superph thirty (30) calendar days to investigate and respond. This does not limit your right to subsequently escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR.

12.4 Jurisdiction. For disputes not resolved through the above process and not subject to PAGCOR jurisdiction, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.1 26superph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the 26superph website unless a later effective date is specified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

13.2 Where amendments are material, 26superph will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

13.3 Your continued use of the 26superph platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.
